About Kaz

Hi, I’m Kaz

Kaz Williams brings performance psychology, endurance experience and practical mental skills together for runners and athletes who want to build confidence, cope with challenge and perform with more intent.

With a PhD in ethnography and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology, Kaz has studied how people perform under stress and adversity. Her work explores confidence, courage, resilience and mindset, and how those qualities shape both sport and everyday life.

Through Mettle and her own writing, Kaz shares grounded tools for mental training, honest reflections from endurance sport and ideas that help people adapt when the wheels come off.
